John R. Liber II

John R. Liber, II graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1990 where he received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Trial Advocacy Award. A former Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida under then State Attorney Janet Reno (U.S. Attorney General 1993-2001).  Mr. Liber's area of practice is concentrated on civil litigation.  This includes personal injury, property and casualty insurance claims and business/commercial litigation.  

Mr. Liber has been selected by his peers as among the “Best Lawyers in America” for 2008 and 2009, and achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest professional rating of “AV.” He currently is the Treasurer of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys, Legal Counsel to the Chagrin Valley Jaycees, is a former Chair of the Cleveland Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section, former member of the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Bar Association, and former member of that organization’s Certified Grievance Committee which investigates and prosecutes claims of attorney ethical violations in Cuyahoga County.
