Mark B. Cohn

He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is also the past Chairman of the Federal Courts Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association. Mr. Cohn's practice includes litigation of all types, with emphasis in the areas of shareholder disputes, employment law, and tax (criminal and civil) litigation.
