Rob, a founding partner of Webster Dubyak & Weyls, has extensive experience in a wide array of commercial and real estate litigation matters and business transactions. He has significant trial experience and has successfully argued appeals in state and federal courts.
The bulk of Rob's litigation practice is representing privately owned companies and individuals in protracted litigation involving employment issues, partnership disputes and dissolutions, contracts, trade secret claims and non-competition/non-solicitation agreements. He also represents builders and developers in a broad range of matters including zoning and land use controversies, construction disputes and tax valuation complaints before the Board of Revision. Rob also advises clients on business formation issues and business and real estate transactions.
Rob was recently recognized in the Ohio Super Lawyers publication as one of Ohio's top lawyers in commercial litigation and has been previously selected by Super Lawyers magazine as one of Ohio's top attorneys under 40 (2005, 2006 and 2007) as well as selected to Ohio Super Lawyers for 2009 and Ohio Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel in 2009.
Rob received his undergraduate degree from Miami University (Ohio) and graduated from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1992. Rob was an assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor from 1992 to 1997.
