TJ is a partner in Webster Dubyak & Weyls representing privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs in a wide
array of business, real estate and related matters.  In his real estate practice TJ was recognized by his collegues as a Rising Star in the Ohio Super Lawyers magazine for 2010, 2009 and 2007.  His practice includes the purchase, sale, finance, development, construction, lease and management of commercial, industrial, residential and retail projects locally and nationally. He has an active leasing practice with significant retail leasing experience from both landlord and tenant perspectives, with clients including
developers, big-box retailers, and national franchise operators. In addition to real estate transactions, TJ represents clients in business planning, formation, and governance; joint ventures; and various commercial contract negotiations and transactions. TJ's established clients often call on him to act not only as their lawyer but also in a general advisory capacity by combining his MBA and legal skills, whether to assist them in exploring new opportunities or in solving problems that require a deeper analysis and specific knowledge about their particular business or industry.
